Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Neon Tiles mobile application (the "App"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own non-commercial entertainment on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and the standard Apple End User License Agreement (EULA), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.

2. Subscriptions (Neon Tiles PRO)

Neon Tiles offers an optional auto-renewable subscription, Neon Tiles PRO, which unlocks additional neon themes and supports ongoing development.

Price: $0.99 per month (or the equivalent in your local currency), shown in-app before purchase.
Free trial: a 3-day free trial is offered to new subscribers. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, it automatically converts to a paid monthly subscription.
Billing: payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-renewal: the subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Managing & cancelling: you can manage or cancel your subscription any time in your device Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions. Deleting the App does not cancel the subscription.
Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, modify, distribute, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, nor to use it in any unlawful manner.

4. Intellectual property

The App, including its design, artwork, audio, and code, is owned by the developer and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

5. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
